You can delete your account directly through the JD App — it's quick and easy:
Open the JD App
Go to Account Settings
Select Delete My Account and follow the prompts
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently removed.
❗️Please note: Our Customer Care team can’t delete accounts on your behalf — this can only be done through the JD App for privacy and security reasons.
