You can easily view your order history through your JD account:
Log in to your JD account on the website or the JD App.
Go to Account Settings or Order History.
Browse through your past orders — you’ll see all the details for each purchase, including tracking information.
📱 On the JD App:
Simply tap on Account, then select Order History to view everything at a glance.
🧾 Guest checkout?
If you placed your order as a guest, you won’t see it in your account. But don’t worry — you can still check your confirmation email for tracking and delivery details.
