Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for your order.
If you no longer have that card, don’t worry! Your bank will usually transfer the funds automatically to the account linked to the old card.

Check your online banking to see if the refund has arrived.
If it hasn’t appeared within 5 business days, contact your bank and ask them to transfer the refund from your old account to your new one.
