Return online orders to our returns address or in-store at any JD Sports location.

Please note: We do not offer online exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, simply return the original and place a new order.
✅ To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

All tags and original packaging must be intact and unmarked

No tape, writing, or labels should be applied directly to the product box

Returns by post are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied
🎨 Personalised items can only be returned if the personalisation is incorrect or the item is faulty.
