To make sure your return is accepted, please follow these packaging guidelines:
📦 General Returns:
- Use a protective bag or box to ship your items.
- You can reuse the original packaging, a plastic/grocery bag, or get a new one from your local post office.
👟 Shoe Returns:
Return shoes in their original, undamaged shoebox.
The shoebox cannot have tape, stickers, or shipping labels directly on it.
Place the shoebox inside a separate postal bag or box before sending it.
Please note: If the shoebox arrives damaged, we won’t be able to accept the return.
