If you paid using a prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card, your refund will be processed back to the same card.
Please hold onto the card, even if the balance is low or fully used, as the refund can only go back onto it. If the card has expired or you no longer have it, we recommend reaching out to the card issuer for assistance.
