Make sure your PayPal account:
✔ Has sufficient funds for the pre-authorisation charge
✔ Is linked to a valid, non-expired card (update it if needed)
🔁 Trying again?
After resolving the issue, you’ll need to re-enter the raffle using a different email address — but you can reuse the same PayPal account.
